I got a closure letter for two of my personal loans. Is this same as NOC or do I need another letter that says NOC. It's very dificult to reach customer support and hence reached out for your assistance..

@flyspicejet I am filing a complaint in airseva now.... I don't know what else to do so that you guys take this seriously... You guys have abused the trust and faith customer like me had and I have seen there are mahy such complaints with nonaction from you end...
