reselling tickets at exorbitant markups already? @iocmedia allows resale only at the ticket prices, you cannot markup. By allowing this free sale, you have ensured genuine fans who appreciate the sport will be deprived and instead it becomes a means of making money.
Dear @FIFAcom you have screwed this ticketing up for genuine fans. By allowing a resale marketplace where people can quote any price, you are encouraging touts to purchase tickets purely for selling and depriving genuine fans. Why else would a genuine fan be already (1/2)

@IndiGo6E@DGCAIndia Second, they had to wait 1 hr at check in because of less wheelchairs. You need to step up and provide a better experience or stop booking tickets for senior citizens. Quite pathetic. Ideally, you must provide a contact number and service from car drop.
@IndiGo6E@DGCAIndia At Mumbai T1, the wheelchair service for senior citizens is quite bad. You have only 4 wheelchairs, that too only inside. What is the point if they have to walk all the way into the check in area? Whole reason they booked wheelchair is they cannot walk.
