Dear Lufthansa my wife and me have senator status and flying with our 6 year old whose only wish was to sit by the window with his mother. It’s totally ruining Christmas for him when you change the seats that we are checked into especially with a child. Frankfurt Nairobi

@united Step 1 is to tell us if the delayed flight from last night ua2677 is actually taking off after 15 delays at 737am- so that they don’t wake up again from the 3 seats remaining at IAD where they had to sleep

@united @_BotSO_ My wife and two young children arrived in business class from Zurich on a swiss flight to IAD. They had a connection from IAD to ATL and now have gone from business class seats to sleeping on the floor since 7pm and United has delayed their flight 8 times and provided $15 meal V

@airindia Update : after many emails and using some contacts that I should not have needed to, finally got the refund. Now waiting for the miles which as a star alliance partner should be automatic.
