HOW WE KNOW:

The Wayback Machine captured snapshots of 4,100 of these pages before deletion. Digital forensics teams archived another 7,300 through automated scraping protocols that were triggered by the mass deletion event. They deleted 14,247 pages.
We recovered 11,400. They failed.

WHAT THE MEMOS REVEAL:

A 2003 internal WHO memo — now recovered — contains this exact sentence: “If electromagnetic frequency therapy achieves mainstream clinical adoption, the global pharmaceutical revenue model becomes unsustainable within 18-24 months. Containment is not optional. It is existential.” Signed by three WHO department heads. Names redacted in the original. Digital forensics has identified two of the three.

A 2011 memo is more direct: “Recommend classification of all PEMF efficacy data as ‘inconclusive’ regardless of outcome metrics. Peer review panels must be briefed accordingly.”

Update to my July 16. 2026 report about the July 15, 2026 Core Matrix Time Line Reboot, Time Line Edits, and the portal it temporarily opened to the previous Universe. To have a better understanding of this update, view the original report and Schumann Resonance chart.

On July 15, 2026 the Core Matrix opened a temporary portal to the previous Universe. The previous Universe is where the elements of our current new Universe sources from. The purpose: To find a previous Universe element, never used by the Core Matrix in older Time Line Edits or Reboots, to prevent the 5th generation warfare from continuing. It’s been ravaging Earth for 12,000-15,000 years. It was started by the Vol Shaday ET Reptilians as an essential part of their Earth soul harvesting operation.

5th generation warfare aka 5GW is defined by the way a war is fought through information and perception instead of real physical evidence. The successful technique combines brainwashing, indoctrination, creating false enemies to hate on, and the alteration of a person’s behavior for the worst. Technology is now the way that 5GW is carried out. It includes the use of social media, television, cable, radio, and podcasts. 5GW puppet masters and their minions suppress info that hurts or reveals the 5GW operation. To do this they use specially programmed artificial intelligence, deepfake images, and the manipulation of public narratives by deceptive means. Divide and conquer through deception is their motto. The affected minions, and even the puppet masters, experience various stages of mental illness.

I've suspected, for a long time, that the Core Matrix had the ability to grab elements from the previous Universe and then use them in Time Line Edits and/or Time Line Reboots. It’s the Core Matrix, that had the ability to rescue fragments from the previous Universe, from which it formed this new Universe. It’s the Core Matrix, that had the ability to close a door between the old Universe and the new Universe. That door is what stops any of that black hole’s energy from poaching the new Universe. As I’ve told you, many times, the Core Matrix is our Universe. Literally.

Until now, my thinking on the matter was a working theory and not proven. Over the years, I have gathered enough data that I was able to recognize that this is what had happened with the Core Matrix’s July 15, 2026 Time Line Reboot and follow up Time Line Edit. One of the biggest tells was the absence of any physical evidence that a Time Line Reboot had happened. Despite all the catastrophes, that Humans and nature throw at the planet [earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, floods, hurricanes, asteroids, comets, and Human nukes] none of that was new on the day of the Reboot. Everything else was already active before the 15th.

Based on a lot of new data, and my compiled past discovery and research on the Core Matrix, I determined that the Core Matrix was not reacting to a disastrous event that had happened. That’s how it usually operates, based on its Prime Directive to keep Earth viable. The Core Matrix was using the Earth Reboot and Edit features as a preemptive strike to stop something catastrophic from happening. That’s a big operational difference. It knew, from possibly trillions of past Reboots and Time Line Edits, that the remnant elements that it normally uses were not adequate for preventing a disaster instead of doing repairs after the disaster had happened.

Keep in mind, that the Core Matrix never directly does anything to take away a Human’s free will. Never. It’s capable of it but does not engage in it because of its prime Directive. However, the Vol Shaday ET reptilians, and their Human minions, have been brain fracking Humans for 12,000-15,000 years. That’s when they invaded Earth for their soul harvesting operation. That operation requires that the soul separate from the Human’s brain. That’s where the Human-soul attachment is.

Whatever element, the Core Matrix took from the previous Universe, is already playing out on the world stage. If the gambit goes the distance then it's a great thing for the world. If it peters out then the Vol Shaday ET Reptilian soul harvesting ramps up again. The ET Earth Consortium are observing everything, as they always do. But the Elarian ET Angels are fully engaged in rescuing souls that have already been harvested [as I've reported many times]. The Elarians are also engaged in pulling the covers off of the Vol Shaday ET Reps' Human minions. They are all about letting Humans decide whether they want to save the planet and themselves - or let the soul harvesters continue their operation until there's nothing left but a soulless zombie planet once called Earth.

Take a look at today’s July 17, 2026 large solid Core Matrix Time Line Edit. It’s that big white zone. This Time Line edit was enacted, by the Core Matrix, to enlarge the reach of what the Core Matrix did on July 15, 2026. What did it do? It opened a door – briefly – to previous Universe from which this Universe was created. This Universe was created, by the Core Matrix, from the remnants of the previous Universe. The Core Matrix rescued those remnants before they could be swallowed by the black hole that was devouring the previous Universe. It’s the cycle of cosmic life.

For billions of years, Core Matrix Time Line Edits have nurtured the Universe on a macro and micro level. The Core Matrix is this Universe. On July 15, 2025 – as we perceive time on this planet – the Core Matrix something different. Usually, when doing a Time Line Edit, it uses previous Universe elements that it had originally rescued. That’s what my research shows.

Now I have documented The Core Matrix doing something very daring and different. It opened the door- that it had created to separate the previous Universe from the current Universe – and took a previous Universe element to use on our Earth. Maybe it’s doing something like this zillions of times. I’m scouring my research to see what I can extrapolate. The point is: The Core Matrix understood that this was the best way to prevent the 5th generation warfare from continuing. It’s been ravaging Earth for 12,000-15,000 years. It was started when the evil and soulless Vol Shaday ET Reptilians invaded the planet for the purpose of soul harvesting operation.

5GW was the Trojan Horse that brain fracked Humans into forgetting who they are and why they are on planet Earth. The Vol Shaday were able to use this, and a lot of dividing of Humans by anything and everything, so that the planet was filled with the worst kind of Human behavior. This changed the frequency of the affected Human brains, which in turn is what separates a person’s soul from the physical body that they are attached to. End product: Once the soul separates the Vol Shaday ET Reptilians are able to harvest it. Their ET, Human, and Dark Sorcerer minions make sure that Earth Humans remain brain fracked and their souls become ripe for the taking. They do not care about the horrible things that Humans do to Humans, animals, and the planet.

What this previous Universe element was, that the Core Matrix used in the July 15, 2026 Time Line Reboot and Time Line Edit, is something that I do not know yet. I’m working on that. What I do know is that the Core Matrix, through this action, has put something in motion that can assist Humans in breaking free from being the thralls of the Vol Shaday ET Reps and their minions. Then today, the Core Matrix enacted that huge
Solid Time Line Edits. The original laser Time Line Edit, from the July 15, 2026 after Reboot, was very specifically aimed.

But today’s wide Time Line Edit has expanded the reach and effect of what the Core Matrix did and is doing. It’s gone global. Notice how the djed Earth energy storage has amped up around today’s Time Line Edits. Sure, the minions, and worst of the Human brain fracked, will still be doing their ‘take over and destroy the world thing’. Sure, The ET Earth Consortium [the bioengineers and teachers of modern Humans] and the Elarian ET Angels [longtime allies of ETEC and the greatest foes of the Vol Shaday ET reptilians] are still in the game to rescue Humans – again – from the dangerous evil on the planet.

ETEC, Elarians, and Humans do not think the same as Earth Humans do. What they know, about the doings on this planet, is vast and accurate. So it’s best not to think that you know what these particular ETs should be doing to save Humans. They understand the situation much better than you do. Just know that they are aware of your pain. All Humans are the descendants of ETEC. Both ETEC and the Elarian Angels understand what has to be done to realistically enact a rescue. Because of what happened on Earth, over the last 12,000-15,000 years, most Humans don’t have the foggiest idea about the actual evil in their midst. Some Humans have an inkling of an idea, and are sussing it out as best they can. I’m giving you this information to help defrack your brains and open your brain gates. You need to remember who you really are.

One last thing. Once again I am showing you that Lightning over and around Tomsk – where this Schumann Resonance chart sources from – is not the cause of white zones that appear on the chart. If it was caused by lightening then lightening would always show up when the white zones do. But as you can see, from today’s Tomsk lightening map, there is no lightning registering over Tomsk nor 1,000 miles around Tomsk. Yes, sometimes lightning will be present when those white zones on the chart appear. But they are not always there. That breaks the science claims that others make. This is why my science, of how the Core Matrix effects Earth’s frequencies, is the accurate one.

On July 15, 2026 the Core Matrix enacted a Time Line Reboot followed by a laser focused Time Line Edit. After digging through my research, of many years, I realized that the Core Matrix had done something that I personally have never seen before. Usually, when the Core Matrix enacts a Time Line reboot, that means that some disaster has befallen the Earth, That disaster can be anything from as asteroid hit, to cascading earthquakes, to a global flood, to ET and/or Humans using weapons of total Earth destruction.

When this happens, the Core Matrix’s Prime Directive kicks in. The Core Matrix, not only rebuilt our Universe from the rescued remnants of the previous Universe – that was swallowed by a ginormous black hole - the Core Matrix is literally our Universe. In its, ever disciplined attempts, to re-create the previous Universe, it pulls from the previous Universe remnants that it rescued and stored. From this, it chooses some that it believes will resurrect the planet in a way that is better than it was before – and possibly reaching its goal to re-create the previous Universe. Alas, this faithful action can never succeed. Why? Because a whole Universe cannot be recreated from the fragments of that previous Universe. And yet the Core Matrix keeps on with it’s Time Line Edits and Time Line Reboots.

But on July 15, 2026 the Core Matrix did something different. The Time Line Reboot, that it enacted, was not connected to a planetary disaster that destroyed the Earth. It was a puzzle that I eventually solved and reported on. Instead of reacting, to an event after it happened, the Core Matrix decided to make a preemptive strike to end the event that would eventually end the planet – for good. Instead of taking elements, from the remnants that it had, the Core Matrix took elements from elements that it did not have. To do this, it opened a portal to the previous Universe – such as it is. The previous Universe is in no way viable. It’s a mess in every way.

Regardless of this, the Core Matrix went looking for something and found it. Then it closed the portal. It had to take the Earth’s Dominant Time Line off line to do the Time Line Edit operation. That is what caused the Time Line Reboot. The follow up Time Line Edit was a logical after Time Line Reboot progression. All of that has been followed up by global reach Time Line Edits. The action involved the involvement of Elarian ET Angels – the Universal foes of the Vol Shaday ET Reptilians, who are the architects of the horrors experienced on the Earth today. These Vol Reps launched something called 5th Generation Warfare [5GW]. It brain fracked Humans into where they are today – a very, very bad place.
So what was the Core Matrix focused on, that was on a trajectory to utterly destroy the Earth? The answer is 5GW. It was the main action, that the Vol Shaday ET Reptilians began 12,000-15,000 years ago, to insure the success of their soul harvesting Earth operation. I can tell you, that as I write this, the Elarian ET Angels are swarming the planet looking in the planet’s many dimensions and realms and even throughout the solar system. They are searching for the Vol Shaday ET Reps in every hidey hole where they many be hiding and in operation. They must leave the fate, of the Vol Shaday ET Reps’ Human minions to Humans.
Remove 5GW from the planet, and billions of Human brain gates will begin to open and regain the shelved memories of who they are and what their true relationship with the Earth. Humans were always meant to be the caretakers and protectors of the Earth. They will remember their relationship with the ET Earth Consortium – the bioengineers and teachers of modern Humans, They will remember the Elarian ET Angels as great allies. This is called ILLUMINATION. The Vol Shaday ET Reptilians cannot exist on a planet of illumination.

This is how Humans, the ET Earth Consortium, and the Elarian Angels come back together as a strong Illumination team.
