@HolidayInn we are staying at ashford England and it’s boiling inside! The AC isn’t working for the whole floor and nothing has been done! It’s unbearable hot. There’s no fa too. They can’t move us to another room, another hotel. No hotels available in the area and can’t refund!

@virginmedia And the internet has gone again. The engineer changed the hub and it worked for a while but last couple of days it’s been intermittently on and off and today again I am unable to work from home as the connection keeps on going off. Please help.
@virginmedia Looks like it - it's saying it's intermittent but it's more than intermittent now. it's been so regular and disruptive. How does anyone work from home when the connection keeps on going like this? Please do something or I will need to move to another provider
@virginmedia Engineer came last week and said the only thing he noticed was some wire that needed tightening… the broadband has gone again!!! This is it yesterday and again this morning . Please help- this is becoming ridiculous and unusable!
@Support_Bears I cant access the tunnel bear website. It says "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" and "This site can’t provide a secure connection". Any suggestion?
