Coldfall Wood is a surviving tract of London's ancient woodland, a hornbeam coppice with oak standards. And then there's the woodbank, an earthwork many centuries old. It's just discernible still, and all along its course are twisted marker trees #LondonisaForest

@Jaymitcheson. I see my neighbours in the house nearest to me don't get a Sunday paper any more- they get weekend Yorkshire post instead. Local and national news. Great investigative reporting, I'm told. And there's been lots about trees!!
