Recently I've applied for a new credit card and prime card was issued to me. Instantly, I raised a request for a pulse card and the same was re-issued to me in place of prime.
However it's seen that annual fee for the prime card is charged against pulse card.

Even after multiple requests, the issue has not been resolved and the annual fee wasn't reversed. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue immediately.

All the passengers were asked to board but are now sitting idle inside for almost 2 hours.
Neither is any food being provided nor do they allow us to go out and access the lounge.

@flipkartsupport Very upsetting to say that the issue hasn't been resolved yet. Someone from your social media team had been calling me every 48 hrs but in the last 2 days I got no updates and a resolution in this regard is still awaited.
