I use my own hairbrush on my dog because it’s much more gentle than any dog brushes I’ve found and that’s on loving my dog like he’s my son 😂 Also I couldn’t care less if you think that’s gross 🙃

Talking about trauma is so incredibly hard. It is the most vulnerable state you can be in. When you envision how you’d tell your story for the first time & it didn’t go as you envisioned really makes the vulnerability & possibility of re-opening wounds at such a greater risk
