My beautiful Liv in what feels like the final days of her fierce fight. ❤️

Each day I watch her slip a little further away from me. One more thing she can’t do, one more piece of her strength that fades. Yet here she is, still fighting, still showing us what true bravery and quiet power look like, even in sleep, wrapped in her favorite blanket in the room full of her childhood treasures. She wants to be home in her bed with her kitties and we are honoring all of her wishes.

Today I asked if she still knew who I was. With what little energy she has left, she reached for my hand, held it tight, and whispered, “Mom, the best one in the world.”
That moment will live in my heart forever. 💔🩷

Liv, you are the bravest person I’ve ever known. I love you more than words can ever say. Thank you for still teaching me about love and strength every single day.
