URGENT NOTICE from the Kuki-Zo Council (KZC) dated September 15, 2025. The notice clarifies recent statements regarding National Highway NH-02 (Imphal to Dimapur) to the Meitei public, addressing false claims and misinterpretations.

Key Points in the Notice:

1. NH-02 Status: KZC hasn't declared the reopening of NH-02, and no free movement is permitted.
2. Request to Kangpokpi: KZC requested people of Kangpokpi to cooperate with security forces for commuter safety along NH-02, as directed by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
3. Buffer Zone Warning: No one from Meitei or Kuki-Zo communities should cross the Buffer Zone due to no settlement or agreement on the conflict.
