Yesterday, withdrawing funds from BitMart was incredibly easy through prepaid cards

Today, normal withdrawals are back
But now it's limited to $100 per withdrawal, with an effective fee of around 11%, and a $500 daily limit

Doesn't really look like a proper fix

I am publicly calling for immediate attention regarding my locked funds on BitMart.
I trusted this platform and deposited a significant amount of my personal savings here. These funds are not just numbers on a screen — they are my family’s hard-earned money and represent years of savings.
My withdrawal requests have been stuck in “Processing” status for a long time. Despite waiting and attempting to resolve this throughnormal channels, I have received no clear explanation, no effective action, and my fundshave still not been returned.
Even if BitMart is shutting down, suspending services, or facing operational issues, customers have the right to receive their own legitimateassets. A platform’s difficulties do not eliminate its responsibility to its users.
I am requesting BitMart to immediately provide a transparent explanation and process my withdrawals without further delay.
If this matter is not resolved, I will continuepursuing all available legal channels and filing complaints with relevant U.S. state regulatory authorities and consumer protection agencies to defend my rights.
I also ask the crypto community and affected users to help share this message and bring attention to this issue. No customer should be left withoutaccess to their own funds.
