Very insensitive comments from Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh during his visit to console the families of the Vizag Steel Plant accident victims.

He got agitated with the members of the worker unions who were questioning the government and demanding sacking of RINL Steel Plant CMD for the accident.

The Vizag Steel Plant Worker’s Unions have fought with so many governments over decades.

They are the reason the steel plant is still not privatised, despite the current government’s ill-intentions.

There was no need for minister Lokesh to lose his temper. The anger is truly understandable, justifiable & they need an assurance, a promise that the government will stand by them, not angry retorts!
