Currently watching him asking the forensic psych about her medical records saying she was PPS, then asks about PPD, and the Dr corrects him and says it was PP anxiety that she saw in the medical records. Surprised he didn’t get snippy with her.

@BrotherCounsel I agree with Mark that the jury will look to who is more credible, has sympathy, and they can trust.
So far it is neither side for me. Defense is theatrical, over dramatic and contradicts their facts at times.
Prosecution is flat, void of any emotion, and at times, unclear.

Chances are if people watching are asking these ? So are the jurors.

He didn’t seem to know much and didn’t seem to be very involved or want to be involved in her care. (According to testimony so far).
Who goes on a work trip when wife says she has thoughts of hurting the kids?!

Am curious to hear medical people testify.

Andrea Yates had miles long history of actually trying to end herself and not just once but multiple times. She was diagnosed with schizophrenia
Her case is nothing like this one here at all!
