Some restoration work on our sign revealed this sign dating back to the 1950's when Grogans was under previous ownership and known as Bowes!
Twas nice to call into John Fitzgerald in The Pen Corner at the junction of College Green & Trinity Street earlier. A business that was established by his great aunt Florence O’Brien & her husband Paddy in 1927. It will be very sad to see it go at the end of the Month.
