@Walmart ,you have no idea how triggering & upsetting this entire process was. So now I am out of $600 and have a TV with a completely cracked screen. No feasible solution with giving. Customer service was deplorable! I am beyond disappointed.

@Walmart When I call back for an update I was told by two different customer service agents (Ada & Andrew) to bring the tv myself to a FedEx & once it’s received at the warehouse I’ll get one shipped BUT it’s best request a refund through my financial institution.

@Walmart One agent told me they’d deliver the replacement and pickup the damaged tv. Days go by and I receive no tracking info or anything.

@SouthwestAir Im livid that when I open my luggage after arriving to my hotel, I find my clothes SOAKING wet to the point that I didnt have 1 thing to change into! Im so disappointed in how my luggage was handled. Items are now mildew. I had to buy 3 new outfits just to sustain!
