This is price anchoring to a T. Spike it to $29.99 just to lower it to $22.99. They get the 15% increase they actually wanted, almost $1B, and the consumer thinks hearing this is good news when it was the plan the entire time. Punishing the customer to make up $ from bad deals 🤡
Game Pass Ultimate has become too expensive for too many players. Starting today, we’re dropping the price from $29.99 to $22.99/month.
Future Call of Duty titles will no longer join Game Pass Ultimate on day one. They will join this tier the following holiday after launch (about a year later). Current Call of Duty titles will remain available to Ultimate subscribers.
We’ll keep learning and evolving Game Pass to better match what matters to players.

@UndreamedPanic Personally don’t see it as a deal breaker … plus you can always release an update for it down the road to add it in based on community feedback. People will enjoy what you’ve created regardless 👊
@uh_zade What if your favorite team is Real Madrid and you love vini or mbappe? How do you expect someone to enjoy using this players they love irl if they cost millions? You gotta do what you can to win as much as possible as fast as possible to increase your potential to afford them.
I get people are upset at the Browns after the Myles Garrett trade request, but remember…it was only a few years ago that Njoku requested a trade, and the Browns were able to not only change his mind, but build upon that and lead us to 3-14. #DawgPound
