As Kenya's digital landscape evolves, so do the opportunities and threats that shape public discourse. With misinformation, disinformation, AI-generated content, cyber threats, and online surveillance becoming increasingly prevalent ahead of the 2027 General Election, strengthening digital resilience has never been more important.
To support safer and more informed digital engagement, @MzalendoWatch, with support from @oxfamkenya and the @EUinKenya, through the Recentering the Civic Internet through Partner Engagement (ReCIPE) project, convened civil society organizations, journalists, human rights defenders, youth leaders, activists, community mobilizers, and aspiring political leaders for a two-day training on Navigating Digital Threats, AI, and Information Integrity.
