Let’s go @siierralong 💛💜

[Carl Long @clong661]

Here is @savannah_long12 in the 60 hurdles prelims. She placed 3rd in finals with a PR. She also ran a great split in the 4x4 for @SIU_TrackXC. In her season opener @siierralong placed 3rd in the 400 for @WIUXCTF. My girls make me proud. Welcome to track season!

[Carl Long @clong661]

@hellocountry wants me to replace part of my roof from my hail damage and only two sides of the siding on my house. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Anyone else only get part of their damage covered? This is disheartening.

THIS is exactly why it’s so so SO important to nurture, support and cherish children with autism. These children are SO gifted, listen to them, nurture them and remind them how special they are each and every day!

[Carl Long @clong661]

For the 2019 collegiate track season @siierralong & @savannah_long12 placed in an individual event & a relay for both indoor & outdoor season. Both girls rocked it in the academic setting too. Sierra placed in EVERY meet she ran in as a freshman. #Flytime 🔶🔷

[Saluki Track & Field @SIU_TrackXC]

[Carl Long @clong661]
