Bought 4 units in Jan’26 – one failed twice in days, recurring gas issues, poor cooling & terrible fan noise across all units.Paid premium, got substandard quality. Feeling cheated.

@bigbasket_com @jagograhakjago Regret to inform that despite raising a complaint, big basket team has audacity to cancel the return for 5th time..preposterous! Such a poor company and treats customers badly. I will think twice before ordering to big basket. Bad ethics
