@SW_Help can you explain to me why I should pay you £7k for a season ticket when 4 times in the last 2 weeks I haven’t been able to get a seat for a 1 hour journey? Put on enough services. Put in enough capacity. You should be ashamed of your service
@SW_Help Incorrect. 0647 WIN to WAT is at >100% seating capacity EVERY day, it’s very predictable. And that wasn’t really my question. I was asking why I should pay thousands of pounds for a season ticket to stand. Would you?
@SW_Help The guard on the 0748 WAT-WIN has blamed the short formation (5 coaches) on this issue (understand cabling was stolen). Did they steal the last 5 carriages of this train also?
@SW_Help you are an utter joke. 1635 WAT-WIN leaves 30 mins late. 2 MINUTES after departure the guard announces it’s not calling at WIN, and to get off at Woking? Why not before and tell passengers to get the 1705 instead? Terrible planning, communication, worse train company
@SW_Help The plot thickens. Your guard on the 1635 told us the 1705 from Waterloo would do an extra stop at Woking so to get off and get that one, and not bother with the 1734 stopping service from Woking. The 1705 from Waterloo never stopped. Not only are you incompetent. You’re liars
@SW_Help I’m well aware of that as I claim compensation about 2-3 times a week because of your service. You didn’t answer my question though? Why did you let a train depart from Waterloo knowing that there were passengers on board for stations rhe train wouldn’t be calling at?
@CrossCountryUK You even publicise that you expect Manchester to Birmingham servies to be busy due to the football yet the 1026 from Manchester Piccadilly is only 5 coaches. What is actually wrong with you?
@SW_Help overcrowded, disgustingly hot trains, paying £70 to stand. Nationalisation: you lot finally got what you deserved, now get out (p.s if you haven’t already guessed I’m standing on a very overcrowded, hot train for an hour into London for about the 100th time this year).
@DannyVet what kind of influence can you have over train companies that operate in your constituency, namely @SW_Help? It’s appalling the poor service commuters are subjected to for extortionate prices. This morning I have paid £90 to sit on a bin
@SW_Help 1735 from WAT to Weymouth / Poole has no A/C in some carriages, dangerously hot on here. I know you like to kill your passengers wallets but physically killing them is probably not advisable. Carriages 2 & 3 you could cook eggs.
@SW_Help 5 coaches instead of 9 on the 0647 WIN to WAT and another lame excuse. At least turn the air con up. Can’t wait for you numpties to be nationalised.
