@texanconstitut1 @duronmat172553 Hard to say but we know the man was a military vet and it isn't implausible that he had PTSD. The way he was swinging his arms right before he approached and was shot seemed like a fight reaction.

It was abnormal, for sure, most people would walk away with a gun pointed at them.

Have to see what the DA does but as a man I couldn't imagine my wife, or any woman, not being in fear of harm in this situation.

@duronmat172553 @texanconstitut1 There is more video. She retreats around the suv while holding him at gunpoint and he follows around the suv back to her car and then walks in front of her car. She assumes a firing position on her vehicle as he comes back. She then backs up again and fires.

@texanconstitut1 The whole video shows her retreating around the suv and him following and advancing before getting back to her own car taking a firing position then backing away again. Reasonable for her to assume that had he reached her when advancing she may have been assaulted and disarmed.

@SecondToZero @__0HOUR1_ If you have a weapon drawn and threatening to use deadly force and they are still advancing then that is an imminent threat. He may have assaulted, disarmed or even killed her if he closed the gap between them.
His continuing to advance makes it self defense.
