👋
Drowning in AI tools, methods, and hype? Same.
I launched a newsletter to cut through the noise—practical ways to stay sharp, build smarter, and rethink UX for the next generation of software.
Let’s make sense of it together:

as agents make it easy to add features, design matters more, not less. the role is no longer just pushing pixels – it’s deciding what should exist, how it fits together, how humans stay in control, and how intelligence feels clear, trustworthy, and useful.
taste, craft, and judgment have always been the bottleneck. the game is not who ships fastest, but who makes the right thing for humans.
if your skill depends on dynamic content, you can embed !`command` in your SKILL.md to inject shell output directly into the prompt
Claude Code runs it when the skill is invoked and swaps the placeholder inline, the model only sees the result!
@Vtrivedy10 Being that not all agents are fully autonomous and require a human (maybe call them an operator), do you think we'll see purpose built harnesses for specific types of operators?
It actually works. I try so many different demos and less than half actually deliver. Great job, Tom.
Had it turn a frame into a Next.js app in one shot.
Note: Also works with just Claude Desktop, if you add the MCP server in your settings.
Excited to launch Pencil
INFINITE DESIGN CANVAS for Claude Code
> Superfast WebGL canvas, fully editable, running parallel design agents
> Runs locally with Claude Code → turn designs into code
> Design files live in your git repo → Open json-based .pen format
Designers are unstoppable with AI.
They already had amazing taste and care for quality... and now they can more easily contribute to shaping the final product.
And not design files, the real codebase!
