The black mirror has been engineered to exploit that SAME evolutionary wiring. You're consuming 500x the information your entire ancestral LINEAGE has seen over hundreds of generations and have been psyopped to think it's fine + normal "it's just my phone".

The thing which was designed by a team of geniuses (who understand your wiring better than you). Put the most POWERFUL attention extraction device in human history in your pocket.

And just like an obese person who feels like they're going to have a heart attack walking up stairs, you feel like your mind is going to explode if you sit still for 3 minutes (It won't - it's just the withdrawal stage).

You've probably forgotten what it's like to be bored and let it pass. What happened when you were a kid and you were bored? Imagination on 9000RPM, engine ROARING, Curiously in awe about worms and ants, creativity BEAMING, you could entertain yourself with a stick and a rock for hours.

Your ability to create is being stolen from you in real time and it's one of the only things that separate a human from an animal.

Allright, time to drop some sauce on that 1M Day.
First of all creatives: The difference between $200-300k and $1M days isn't in refinement anymore. Your ad spend doesn't get carried by 1 or 2 main ads, it's a mix of ( for us ) 10-15 best ads across different platforms ( next post will be about platforms ). You do not care about testing budget anymore, even if you end up blasting 20k a day on tests that'll still only be a fraction of the ad spend. We launch 400 creatives every single day.

Literally throw as much shit as you can at the wall and scale what sticks.

The issue is fulfillment. How do you set up a system able to deliver 400 decent creatives every day. Our setup is simple: Let (expensive & good) agencies do the heavy lifting by giving them the task of cracking net new concepts. At the same time, build an internal team with the goal to iterate on these net new concepts + take inspo and apply everything going on in the market. Constantly track what other brands are doing, even ones not necessarily in your niche. Search for ad formats, angles, issues, recent facts, special sales. Anything that could be repurposed and applied to your brand. There's something to learn everywhere.
