No it isn't. Real concern emerges precisely because many people really do feel the rising tensions and experentially and see changes, disoeder and crime. Commentators Fraser can never see anything but the official recorded figures, but never the limitations of official fugures.
When people are being criticised about their language it's always they are "A sexist", "A racist".
It reveals they are saying they think this is at the core of who the person is. I disagree with Reform politics but I also disagree with the puritanical defining of who people are.
