@houseoffraser my order was due today by @ArrowXL and they've lost or damaged it, citing a warehouse issue... I've taken the day off work and now can't even speak to them. Can someone please help!
Some of the worst traffic I've ever seen on Turnpike Lane @thameswater@haringeycouncil tailbacks up past Hornsey & Muswell Hill & half up Westbury Avenue. Ridiculous especially if works dont finish till 5th Dec! What are you doing, ever few months that road is being dug up!
@ContactHaringey hi yesterday I bought 7 one day permits & the transaction went through, the payment was taken & a receipt emailed, but the permits weren't applied to my account. I've contacted them via contact us, but no reply. Any other options than a chargeback?
1hr wait on their app chat, but finally got through to someone who could cancel my @O2 contract. Cancellation & hitting their bottom line is the only way companies will take note...
@thetrainline Hi, I'm trying to change the dates on a train ticket but everything I try I get this message & throws me back to the main menu. Any ideas how to get past it?
@thetrainline Hi thanks for that, unfortunately that doesn't work, as I'd like to know how much is due after refunds before I confirm to times. Is there no way I can give you times & dates for prices, alternatively can't you just fix the site, so I can make the changes online
@thetrainline Hi. you past 'Change date/time', select both outbound & inbound, pick the date (Jan in my case), then Search times and Prices. The next page is the error message
@BradleyCooley6@WWEUK Ridiculous, I might look at the reselling sites the morning of the show, occasionally you'll find a genuine seller, not a scalpers, who can't go for real reasons. But that's the only way now
