T O Elvis was dazzling, and anyone who watched his last race can’t be surprised he just did that.
But hopefully this race serves as a needed inflection point around the lack of regulation of CAW wagering, because that was as egregious as you’ll see.
Strongly recommend this new book. Solid ideas throughout but think the money management and horseplayer psychology chapters will really help many players.
For those that understand that value of replay watching but don't have the time, I've just posted well over 100 trip notes for the opening day card @santaanitapark, and the cost is FREE!

The head of the TRPB who wouldn’t answer simple questions about the tote system has been in his position for twenty years. In 2007 he was unaware of a major past posting incident NINE DAYS after it occurred. Little changes yet we’re told tote is secure. Players finally waking up?
@ToddTVG @santaanitapark Careful big guy apparently that is a radical view. Thanks for being there for the Players and Happy Thanksgiving to the GOAT of hosting a racing broadcast.
@Pullthepocket Thanks Pocket. And in Ky approx 2009 closing pools when 1st horse loads passed Integrity Committee unanimously had majority commission support then was shut down by Churchill on day of vote. Head of commission Beck was for then suddenly against.
Last night the University of Kentucky football team invited some of our residents to watch practice and tour the facility. We are appreciative to the coaches for their hospitality and giving us a behind the scenes look!
@stoolpresidente Totally agree Dave. Unfortunately racing has deteriorated into an endless series of short sighted money grabs. Why are the state racing commissions allowing this? Aren’t they supposed to protect the long term best interests of racing in their state?@ChurchillDowns@1st_racing
If I see the same odds drops at Churchill, I will end producing products and betting that meet quickly. I refuse to tell people to bet on horses where I cannot properly assess a horses price and then watch the odds go down as the race is being run. It's suspected thievery.
