My salary was deposited three days early.
I thought my company had changed payday.
I checked my account.
Instead of my usual salary, there was $18,000.
I called payroll immediately.
They said they hadn’t sent it.
I called my bank.
They confirmed the deposit was legitimate.
The next morning, my manager called me into his office.
He asked if I had received any unusual money.
I said yes.
He looked relieved.
Then he asked me not to spend it.
I asked what was happening.
He said:
“Someone inside the company is moving money.”
I asked why they had sent it to me.
He said:
“They didn’t.”
I showed him the transaction.
He stared at it.

@LizKershawDJ I agree completely, I drove a lot always accompanied from 05.00 by Radio2, Terry, Chris, Ken, Jimmy, Jeremy, Steve, Simon, Tony. It makes me sad to think only one left. I rarely listen, the music is awful, it's Hits, Gold & Smooth now. 😢

@tonyblackburn I was born in 1952 and followed Ken Bruce to Greatest Hits but they are 70s, 80s, 90s. I drove from Cheshire yesterday to North Yorkshire and the "best" I could find was Radio2. Not tried Boom. BBC have nothing for our age group. The music was mainly awful. I only tune into Tony

@DWastor07 @mufcMPB Rubbish. £66 and no reduction for kids. Many of these returned season tickets are sold to local parents taking their child fo the first time. ADD Another £20 odd each to be members to buy a ticket in the first place, travel, that's around £200 to watch a worse team than Fulham
