@Ticketmaster I wasn't able to attend a show due to covid. They haven't refunded me or contacted me back. Awful customer service. Noone to answer phone. All prompts circle back to main menu. They say on website if covid related they will refund. It has been over 6 weeks. Horrible

Ticketmaster is so awful!! I had to miss a show because of covid. They state they will refund tickets... well noone responses to any emails! No humans for phones. So unprofessional.

@GovMurphy @NJOHSP @ReadyNJ Everyone wants him to open everything up. I do too but am I the only one seeing that people in our state are still testing positive?? 1000 more just yesterday. There is nothing I need to shop for worth my health.
