New laws in Afghanistan, introduced by the Taliban, mean that men can now marry girls at any age – there is no limit. Male relatives can arrange this with other men, and it’s only once the girls reach puberty that, in extremely limited circumstances, they can ask a court to dissolve the marriage. What’s happening in that country is horrific, and it begs the question why Amnesty are not putting all of their resources into tackling this latest child abuse atrocity.

Her name is Gina Martin. She was at a music festival in London when a man pushed his phone between her legs and took a photo under her skirt. She reported it to the police immediately. They told her it wasn't a criminal offence. There was nothing they could do.
She went home and decided that was unacceptable. With no legal background, no political connections and no funding she launched a campaign to make upskirting a criminal offence in England and Wales. She petitioned. She lobbied MPs. She spoke publicly about what had happened to her. The government initially blocked the bill.
She kept going. The Voyeurism Act passed in January 2019. Upskirting now carries up to two years in prison. Scotland followed. Other countries are following. A woman at a festival with no lawyer, no funding and no political connections rewrote the law for an entire nation in eighteen months.

JK ROWLING IS PAYING FOR THE LAWSUIT SCOTLAND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF

JK Rowling @jk_rowling just offered to pay the legal bills for a 13 year old girl. Read that again. A children's book author is stepping in to do the job Scotland's government failed to do.

Here is the story:

A 13 year old girl has no parents. She was sent from England to Scotland because there was nowhere safe for her back home. Scotland put her in a locked unit called St Mary's Kenmure in Glasgow.

She was the only girl in the building. The other kids in her block were boys aged 15 to 17, most of them there for committing crimes.

She had done nothing wrong. She told staff she felt unsafe because of things that happened to her before. She asked to be moved to an empty room down the hall.

They said no.

This is not gossip. Inspectors from the Council of Europe visited in June 2025 and wrote it all down in an official report.

And here is the part that makes it worse.

Scotland's own care watchdog, the Care Inspectorate @CareInspect, had already banned this same building from taking new children back in 2024 because it was too dangerous.

So the regulator already said this place was unsafe. A vulnerable child got sent there anyway. She asked for help. Nobody listened.

Then JK Rowling read about it and offered to pay for the girl to take legal action, through her JK Rowling Women's Fund.

Rachael Hamilton @Rachael2Win, deputy leader of the Scottish Conservatives, says this proves Scotland's fancy Children's Rights Bill from 2021 is just words on paper.

She wants First Minister John Swinney @JohnSwinney to explain how a known danger zone ended up housing a scared 13 year old orphan.

I would like to hear that explanation too.

In Denmark, a 27-year-old woman is charged with raping a 14-year-old girl. Completed rape. Vaginal, according to the indictment.

Stop for a moment!

The charge is completed vaginal rape. A person born female cannot commit that. The conclusion draws itself.

And the explanation is right there on the accused’s own social media: The person presents as transgender. Yet the indictment uses a female name, and the media reports “a 27-year-old woman.”

So a 14-year-old girl, who according to police froze in fear and could not resist, now has to read in the papers that she was raped by a woman.

The justice system and the media have one job here: to describe reality. Not the perpetrator’s self-image. When language bends to ideology, the victim pays the price. Again.

The case is being handled by the court in Holbæk, Denmark. We are watching.

Hamas terrorists also raped corpses (dead bodies).
