Random idea: A workplace program where leaders mentor rising stars that are from a diverse demografic to them (gender, ethnicity etc.). Leaders encouraged to give back + conversations between diverse groups begin. Pros and cons ? 👇🏻

A lot of times the right idea is just sitting behind a couple of wrong ones - Ted Lasso

Meaning: An environment where you’re supported in your trial and error + a team with the drive to keep pushing towards success = (eventually) the right idea

@Joanwestenberg @DanBrockwell It is experience… and I would say young people have the most experience living as a young person and can solve their problems better than anyone. They just lack the capital and networks.

@DanBrockwell @Joanwestenberg What a great article and thread ! I loved the last line- it’s important to understand why young founders aren’t as successful, could be lack of funds or lack of networks. I think it’s important we level that playing field at least before we make any bold claims?

Just a quick thought:

Too many people use "anxiety" too liberally and at the same time too many people take anxiety too seriously.

So we need to agree - we either make anxiety a serious mental health disorder or we normalise it as a naturally occurring feeling.
