Solana's Governance votes SIMD-228 and SIMD-123 have concluded with record participation!

74.3% of stake voted on SIMD-228 and 57.1% voted on SIMD-123.

SIMD-228 has been defeated, achieving a YES rate of 61.39% (66.67% required).

SIMD-123 has passed, achieving a YES rate of 74.91%

This has been a massive milestone in Solana governance with absolutely earth-shattering participation and contentious debate. It is incredible to see this level of investment by so many stakeholders, no matter the outcome one can only be hopeful for our future as an ecosystem!
