Don't look now, Arizona state legislators are trying to move the goal post by pushing last minute legislation that would require a ballot initiative to receive 55% of the vote in order to pass.

Fun fact: they also haven't passed a full budget, and the fiscal year ends tomorrow.

NEWS: Arizona will *not* be gaining a new Congressional district, despite gains in population. This means on average Congressional districts in Arizona will represent roughly 795k constituents - the last time maps were drawn, each district had 710k. #SiloProjectAZ
