I would hate to "support" a team that I only watch on TV.
I would miss out on:
The walk to the ground
The first glimpse of the floodlights
The click of the turnstiles
Meeting with old friends
The sense of anticipation
The roar of the crowd
Going to live football is special
@abbeylinegold@Skint_Eastwood1@Louise_katz Rule 112 of the UK Highway Code states:
‘Your horn should only be used when your vehicle is moving and you need to warn other road users of your presence or danger.’
If a pedestrian is stepping into the road and she beeps to warn him she’s there then that’s fine 🤷♂️
Dear @FAWNL
With regards your proposal of allowing U21 teams into tier 3.
Not one U21 team won any of the 11 groups in the WNL cup, None progressed in the WNL cup past the first knockout round and only 2 made the 1/4 finals of the plate both then getting knocked out.
None made it through to the final of the Capital Cup all going out to tier 4 teams.
Against WNL teams this season the U21 teams won 13 of 40 matches against tier 3 and tier 4 sides.
In the capital cup U21 teams won 2 of 5 matches against tier 3/4/5 teams.
So I would say that the fact they lose 66% of matches against teams from tier 3/4/5 shows that this is a terrible idea.
Can you tell me why I failed to get any players from an U21 academy on loan? All clubs failed to respond to requests.
So these are the facts…let’s not pander to the big names clubs and ruin women’s football.
They will come into tier 3 get relegated, then get relegated from tier 4 and pull out… you watch!
How about giving teams from tier 3/4/5/6 better chances at promotion?
We are trying to get promotion and will do this the proper way!
A season to forget, a life to remember. No one will ever know what these lads, the gaffer and every staff member who knew Diogo went through this year. Write this season off, get ready for another year playing for Big Ears and on to 26/27.
“The reception I got will stay with me for the rest of my life.” ❤️
