@PMGUKColt @MartinSLewis Everyone seems to think it's all down to pay. I've been on strike myself. And wasn't anything to do with pay. Was working T&C's more hours less pay removal of benefits unrealistic flexibility clauses that kind of thing. it's always the pay that's focused on by the media.
