Okay, I understand why I’m exhausted - new puppy needs a lot of attention and I have 4 other animals to care for as well. Exhausted, check. But why on earth am I so _hungry_?
Just learned the difference between the puppy cry that means “I’m lonely and confused and scared, please reassure me so I can settle down” and the one that means “I really really need to poop, please take me outside!” Guess how I learned that? 🙄
@Kyatic I loved her very much. Didn’t want her to have to die. But that was better than her living like that. And I felt like the world’s worst person for wishing she wouldn’t make it through the next heart attack.
@Kyatic And sometimes death is a relief. Of course, feeling relief makes you also feel incredibly guilty, which is a problem all by itself. I was actually happy when my grandma died. She was ready. She was in so much pain, organs failing, having multiple heart attacks *every day*.
@futurebunnies Having no luck finding her owners. I can’t say I’m confident they’re even looking for her. Poor floof. She needs a good home and some bunny company. :(
I’m currently caring for a stray rabbit while I try to find her owner, and it’s fascinating seeing the differences between her and my @futurebunnies. She’s easier to handle but a lot less active and clearly isn’t used to problem solving.
