Republicans have confirmed 56 judges since Trump came back. Democrats take the Senate on January 3rd, and Sheldon Whitehouse takes the Judiciary Committee.

After that, a conservative judge does not get confirmed. Not one.

Grassley already scheduled back to back hearings for November 10th to cram them through.

They have eight weeks. Then the door shuts for the rest of the term.

Roll in the cots or hand the courts back to the other side.

ORES solar complexes in Upstate NY are resource extraction pits.

Why?

The state doesn’t oversee or monitor the foreign solar developers. It’s a free-for-all. Commodities like topsoil and lumber are co-mingled and sold off.

That’s why they created ORES. Our local laws, zoning regulations, and environmental policies were too “cumbersome.”

And @GovKathyHochul turns a blind eye while communities across the state call out what a failure ORES has been.

It’s time for ORES to be dissolved.
