"South Park" is changing its name to "South America" for Season 29.
“Inspired by the bravery and patriotism of Apple and Google, we are changing the name of South Park to SOUTH AMERICA. We especially want to thank our parent company Paramount -- a Skydance Capitulation," creators Trey Parker & Matt Stone said in a statement, trolling Trump for changing the name of Lake Ontario to Lake America (and Google and Apple for accepting it).
Season 29 premieres Sept. 16th at 10pm ET/PT on Comedy Central. Additional new episodes will premiere Sept. 30, Oct. 14, Oct. 28, Nov. 11 and Nov. 25.

RFKjr just terminated 16 grants worth $38 million that funded: postpartum nurse visits to newborns and new moms in Denver, cancer screenings, first-responder suicide prevention, obesity programs for Native American youth, at-home blood pressure monitoring and produce deliveries for 150 New Yorkers, and infant/maternal mortality reduction for Black families in Arkansas — a state that leads the nation in that exact statistic.
Sixteen programs helping people not die. Gone, as of an August 25 letter.
And the reason? These no longer “advance current agency priorities.” The new priority, per the letter: erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and low sperm count.
Yes, they are prioritizing limp dicks over sick babies and mothers. Somewhere in HHS, a bureaucrat looked at “babies dying” and “dad’s wet noodle” and picked the wet noodle.
Rep. Diana DeGette called it exactly what it is: prioritizing ED over the health and wellbeing of infants and new mothers.
This is the “Make America Healthy Again” administration, in case you forgot.

President Trump ordered the Interior Department to begin the process of removing endangered-species protections for gray wolves.
That would “open the door for brutal killing,” said Kitty Block, president and CEO of Humane World for Animals. https://t.co/pJ4qcRXlHV

Seems like a lot of competition—except that every one is owned by Kroger.
Now Kroger is trying to buy another: Giant Eagle.
And when competition dies, you pay more.

The men who refused to get off the plane in Liberia did not get to stay on it either. Six of them, including Sanchez, were flown on to Equatorial Guinea instead, where he says doctors told him the country lacked equipment to treat the wound agents allegedly aggravated, and gave him a painkiller. They are now held in a hotel under guards carrying automatic weapons who told one deportee they would shoot off his feet if he tried to leave. This is not an isolated flight. The US now has third country deportation arrangements with more than 30 countries, and Equatorial Guinea alone has already drawn an international human rights complaint from 14 earlier deportees for accepting people the US itself cannot legally send home. Senator Shaheen asked the State Department months ago why it paid that country 7.5 million dollars to take them.
🚨THIS IS INSANE!!!
A 25-year-old suffered a catastrophic brain injury in a motorcycle crash and UnitedHealthcare is REFUSING to pay for the treatment that could help him wake up...
...because they decided it was "NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY" even though his doctor's said it was!!!
His name is Peyton Alvarez, he's 25 years old.
Back in April, Peyton was riding his motorcycle near Greenville, South Carolina, when he veered off the road and hit a tree.
He was wearing his helmet, but. the impact left him with a traumatic brain injury so severe that doctors call his condition a "disorder of consciousness."
His mother Trina got the call every parent on earth prays they never get. "We have your son Peyton, and he's been in a motorcycle accident."
There is a place that specializes in bringing people like Peyton back. The Shepherd Center in Atlanta, one of the best brain injury rehab centers in the country.
And it wasn't just his family who wanted him there. His DOCTORS recommended it.
The people who actually examined Peyton said this is the care he needs to recover.
And UnitedHealthcare said NO.
Their reason, in writing:
Peyton's condition "does not meet the criteria" for the rehab his family requested.
In plain English? They called the treatment that could help this young man wake up "not medically necessary."
Not one person at that insurance company has ever laid eyes on Peyton. His doctors have, but UnitedHealthcare overrode them anyway.
Instead, they offered a NURSING HOME.
Yes, you read that right... a nursing home.
Elon Musk documentary, ‘Musk,’ contends that his four-month stint in Washington last year did more than gleefully ax 270,000 federal employees and untold billions in life-saving aid.
Director Alex Gibney suggests that Musk also had access to and potentially collected intimate data on tens of millions of Americans possibly even for later political use.
Geoffrey Hinton, the Nobel-prize-winning godfather of AI, offers a specific use case: leveraging the data into an unfair campaign advantage. “It’s fairly clear to me that Trump is hell-bent on corrupting the midterm elections,” he says onscreen. “If you wanted to corrupt those midterm elections and you wanted to use AI, all you needed to do was get detailed information on U.S. citizens. And what DOGE did looked like just what you would do.”

WTF!!!
Trump is now having the “Blue” sculpture by Joel Shapiro dismantled at the Kennedy Center.
He gave no public explanation why.
- Installed in 2019 at the Kennedy Center’s REACH expansion.
- Made from painted aluminum.
- Approximately 24 feet tall.
- Designed to resemble an abstract human figure balancing, kicking or dancing.
- Donated by Shapiro himself.
As a retired Army Brigadier General, I find it incredibly disturbing that the outgoing Army Secretary felt he needed to go straight to the president to express doubt about Secretary Hegseth's leadership.
From purging military leaders to dismissing the concerns of sailors aboard the USS Lincoln, the evidence is clear: Secretary Hegseth is unfit to lead the Pentagon.
Anna Paulina Luna voted five times in favor of the Iran war. Hegseth's repeated failures are hers to own, as well.
The Atlantic: "Hegseth’s purge of the military has been so dramatic that with Driscoll gone, the military’s largest service is left without a top civilian leader, a Senate-confirmed top general, a confirmed Army general in charge of operations, or a confirmed commander of Army troops in Europe."
