Any chance @Delta customer service will respond? How can I add luggage, and pet to my next travel? Since I am not able to do that through the website due to a problem with the booking, how am I supposed to connect with @Delta ? I’ve bene on two calls on wait for 40 minutes each.

@ITAAirways It was through Volagratis. Here is the ticket:
I went into the ITA website, and it looks like I can still add the luggage. But there is another problem, and the date of birth of the children don’t match. They appear to be listed as adults and we can change it.

@ITAAirways since it’s almost impossible to connect with ur customer service on the phone, I was wondering how will I be able to fix my luggage issues for my next trip. The luggage that @ITAAirways arbitrarily removed for my trip with two adults and three children! Suggestions?

@ITAAirways I have received a reimbursement notification stating that my luggage was removed from my ticket and reimbursed to my card. Just like that! I tried to call multiple times and besides the long wait, I was hang up to, with no chance to speak with a rappresentative.

My car being one of them! Why is the @CityOfBoston not accountable for trees on public propriety? What if my child was hurt by the tree? Can @CityOfBoston reply to that? This lack of accountability is unacceptable! thank you acting mayor @MayorKimJaney!
