@SW_Help come on SWR, extreme heat with no air conditioning and a 3 car train where you cannot even get standing space. How can you charge £72.50 for that?? You really need to do better!
@Dominos_UK have you changed the cheese on your pizza’s, it tastes very plastic and seems quite thick. It has definitely put me off. Only noticed in the last month. Please change it back!

@houseoffraser what happened to your customer service. You deliver items like this even the courier was shocked. I report items missing and over 2 weeks later you still haven’t resolved it. I returned items over 10 days ago and still no refund. I have emailed you multiple times

Do not purchase this kettle, major design fault that causes burns when the steam lifts the lid and falls off and @JohnLewisRetail will not even do anything about it, they will talk to me on the 18th December as it’s not important to them! Disgraceful
@JohnLewisRetail why has your customer service become so poor? I returned an item over 2 weeks ago and still no refund. Also I suffered a personal injury from a product being faulty and still you haven’t contacted me. Both have been escalated. Used to be such a great brand
@JustEatUK shocking service again. Deliver cold food that cost £30 and you think it’s ok to refund £6! Your customer service agents are appalling. This needs sorting today before I proceed further under my consumer rights. Big company being a bully again
@BurgerKingUK had an order delivered from just eat and the food is stone cold and had to go in the bin. Spent £30 for nothing. You even got the items wrong. Are you going to do something about it as @JustEatUK don’t seem to care. Shocking service so far

@SW_Help I was on the 14.50pm, eventually got told to go to platform 16 for a train that was already leaving. I appreciate some things are out of your control but your staff need to be a bit more helpful in these situations and help people
@SW_Help sort it out SWR, loads of cancelled trains from Waterloo and then you finally find one and it has no air conditioning. At £70 a ticket this is shocking
@EShuffleUK visited your London Bridge venue today for my birthday, really disappointed as the service was awful and the staff didn’t seem to care. Took over 30 mins to get a drink from ordering it. Why has this venue gone downhill, was great before?
