When youโre trying to help Ss visualize the relationship between the area of rectangles and parallelograms and a S wants to attempt to see if he can apply his understanding to triangles, you canโt help but do a happy dance! @NorthdaleCntrl#6C
We went on a virtual field trip to the Museum of Nature then used Augmented Reality for our collaborative story prompt. Stay tuned for โThe Day Animals Went to Schoolโ written by gr. 2. (Watch out for the dinosaur that snuck into the school!) @WilfridJuryPS#AR#VR#edtech
Brightening up the halls by @WilfridJuryPS motivators Brooke, Gina, Tegan & Ahmed. Thanks to Mrs. Harrison for leading this and allowing student talent to shine!โค๏ธ

Every time we draw pictures in class our Ss get frustrated when picking skin colours. Today I introduced a container with 24 different colours. The Ss helped each other find a colour that matched. I loved hearing โMs. Hinton this actually looks like me!โ ๐ฅฐ@WilfridJuryPS
