@sfmta_muni This is not about streamlining and efficiency. SF is the Tech capital in the USA i know there’s an online option to pay. I am looking for a Human to understand the issue that Took place with the police on the transit that I protested in the first place and respond justly to that!

@sfmta_muni Again There is no option to pay my original ticket I now have to pay double if I go online. That’s not fair. SFMTA is not a Fair platform. I can’t pay $250 with a clear conscience knowing I had a serious protest and I never was alerted of its rejection
