Hi Crime Watch, I would like to thank you for the great work you are doing for the community. Please keep up the good work, and may God bless you.
I would also like to raise a concern affecting residents in Sunningdale. About three months ago, prepaid water meters were installed in our area, which means residents now have to buy water tokens in advance to access water. We were issued with new water meters and token vending devices, and we have been regularly purchasing water tokens.
However, despite using the prepaid system, the City of Harare is still charging us for water consumption on our monthly bills. This has left many residents confused, as we appear to be paying for water twice.
I visited the relevant offices seeking clarification, but I was not given a clear explanation as to why these charges are still appearing on our bills. We would appreciate it if the City of Harare could explain the situation and address the concerns of residents who are already paying for water through the prepaid system.

@PTChimusoro@KingMhare1 thats ecotourism by definition π it has to be exclusive, which means it has to be expensive, but it also has to give back to the local communities/custodians
