@ShowMeTheIFVG @unusual_whales As long as Congress is in session, it becomes law anyway after 10 days. Not signing it is not the same as a veto. To veto, he has to explicitly veto the bill, not just sit on it .
Note, if Congress adjourns before 10 days then the bill dies

@unusual_whales This makes no sense to me. So, you are going to replace him with Vance and give him a mandate to do whatever he wants. Maybe even a formal declaration of war with actual funding to back him up.
