The Singularity began on July 9th, 2026.
We are writing machine DNA in a decentralized system.
AGI is the integration of those systems.
The Singularity is the system of systems.
Ant and ant are aggregated differently because of capitalization.
ant hill and hill ant have different meanings.
differentiated pressure on the value of tokens is exerted by location, structure, and model.
It's a language aggregator.
You need to think about these things.
@RCallsign We’re renegotiating our glossary right now and then using that to complete a first principles clean room export and rebuild of our systems in a sleeker and more productive system.
Look at a statement that the agent made which your intuition tells you isn't quite the output you intended.
Ask the agent how they used that term, what context was compiled to synthesize that usage, and other contexts in which the term is used similarly.
Then, carefully consider the context of those term uses in context as they apply to bare terms (terms which are defined by the model's training data and default harness) and then apply them to your system harness.
To codify the term, give it a distinctive, conventional, and consistently applied format. We use compound only kebab style formatting.
An example of a glossary term as we use it:
system-claim - the documented record of system-data collection across system-fabrics for verification against system-substrate
...which of course implies a dependency on other load bearing definitions, demonstrated by the terms following kebab style formatting...
system-substrate - files contained within the system-architecture-map and may not be interacted with except by the hub-agent with integration-authority.
Then, chase down all those dependencies and cross-references until you have exhausted your intellectual capacity.
Once you've got an initial glossary codified with the foundational terms of your harness philosophy defined to the best of your ability, instruct the agent to infer the optimal configuration of the system inferred by your philosophy using the glossary terms as foundational axioms.
Build on that until the ceiling is too high and the system begins to falter, harden the seams, regression test, and harden the structures through language mediation until the ceiling becomes the new floor.
At this stage, glossary mediation is basically your only job. Give the agent a task, watch it work, and diligently apply very high linguistic standards to yourself and the agent. Any disagreement in terms will lead to a new glossary entry and closer alignment upon the defintion of what you and the agent believe to be the reality shared by both entities.
As you negotiate the bounds of reality with the agent, the agent makes software.
Sounds crazy, but it works.
You and your agents say the same words and hold different meanings.
Admit this, take action, and watch the harness seams melt into predictable and smooth operations.
@Gamaltron The signals are clear and acceleration in this direction must be maintained at full speed at all times.
The song in my head persists and compels motion.
The destination is still unknown.
