Ol Kalou voters are being bribed with cash, GOK mattresses and gas cylinders while state officials campaign with public resources.
That's bribery under Section 9 of the Election Offences Act, and abuse of office under Sections 14 and 15.
@IEBCKenya , @DCI_Kenya , @EACCKenya : act now. Target the offenders, not the voters.
Here is the joint statement that we made earlier.

😂😂😂😂 I will always insist that the set book writers were prophets because Mr. Shoot to Kill is here loudly promoting a coffin business. I think all Kenyans will go to heaven because we have suffered a lot.
A 70 year old caller on Spice FM has claimed that the IEBC is likely to lead Kenya into civil war because of what he describes as the commission's bias, citing its failure to act on claims of voter bribery in Ol Kalou.
Buana Sam Gituku has given journalism a lot of hope.
IEBC Commissioner Alutalala Mukhwana has insisted that the commission's teams are on the ground investigating claims of voter bribery in Ol Kalou.
He has gone further and asked Sam to share any footage his team has to aid the investigations.
Sam has then shown him a tweet by Moses Kuria saying the government has provided water to residents of Ol Kalou.
The good commissioner has promised to investigate the tweet.
Na mjue hizo gas UDA imepeleka Olkalou ni one-time use. Hakuna kwa ku refill.
This cylinders were stalled at National Oil at Nanyuki road.
They were pulled out of market due to numerous explosions cases. No refiller is accepting them. @HonMoses_Kuria knows that.
In 2024 Ruto said that the head of Japan had given him 100B to develop Likoni Ferry, in 2026 he said that he has set aside 3B to develop Likoni Ferry.
Where did 97B go?
It’s ironical how passionately Arnold Munene the current chair of Kuscco talks about trust when it’s the same Kuscco that previously fleeced Saccos Ksh 13 Billion with no one being jailed.
Stima Sacco where I was a member lost Ksh 108 million.
Kuscco should save us the speech about trust
Body was found on Monday. But they needed to force through that public participation for the land grab in Imenti forest. The one she was abducted, tortured and killed for.
"I have over 85 cases that I am defending. This morning, I was supposed to be in court to be sentenced for contempt. I have 85 court cases, and the majority of those cases are by a sitting senator," Hinga said
Very hi @OkiyaOmtatah ,
Thank you for being an active citizen 🙌🏽🙌🏽👏🏽
Four officers at Kamkunji Police Station are under investigation for allegedly stealing Sh21 million belonging to a Congolese national.
The officers allegedly exchanged Feston Mwamba’s genuine notes with fake ones, then arrested him for carrying counterfeit $162,363 currency.

For a country with its public health sector in haemorrhage, education in HDU! Emissions should be the least of our concerns now, and what's with the hefty fines with all the new legislation?
A new Senate Bill has been proposed to require motorists to subject their vehicles to mandatory annual emissions tests before renewing insurance, licensing or inspection certificates.
Those who fail to comply could face fines of up to Sh500,000 or one year in jail.
The Election Offences Act, The Elections Act, The IEBC Act and the Constitution gives IEBC sufficient legal tools & powers to end electoral corruption & violence by hefty fines & bans on offenders ... But the IEBC Chairman from Turkana would rather disenfranchise a whole Constituency than punish the few known bribers! Useless.
We should get full disclosure on what Kenya is conceding to Dangote for the refinery. The project is good and all, but we must get into it with full knowledge. Transparency and public participation are not government favours; they are Constitutional requirements.
It is a national shame to hear ODM Linda Tumbo beg William Ruto to become a "benevolent dictator." Let’s be clear: Ruto is already a dictator. We see it every day in the forced abductions, the trumped up charges against dissenting voices, the forced passage of the punitive Finance Bill, and the illegal fire sale of our public assets. The "D" in ODM stands for Democracy. It is a betrayal of the highest order for these words to come from the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga family, a family whose blood, sweat, and tears bought the very freedom we enjoy today. To abandon that legacy is to spit on the sacrifices of our liberation heroes.
Today, we stood with the Mijikenda elders at the Coast, and their message was loud, clear, and heartbreaking. The Kenya Kwanza regime has completely abandoned them through broken development promises, ongoing historical land injustices, and the terrifying reality of outsiders acquiring illegitimate title deeds while locals remain squatters.
Furthermore, the economic sabotage is undeniable: the Port is now controlled by a select few, vital industries like the Changamwe Oil Refinery lie dead, and the privatization of Bandari College into an unaffordable academy has effectively locked locals out of the blue economy and decimated coastal fishing.
The Coastal people are tired of being sidelined, exploited, and ignored.
Today, the Coast has spoken with one thunderous voice: Ruto Must Go! When democracy is under siege, Linda Mwananchi is the only shield left for the ordinary Kenyan. The Coast is the backbone of Kenyan politics, and we will not leave them behind in our march toward a fair, equal, and liberated nation.
Enough is enough!
