I sabi this architecture work no be mouth!

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

I raise you. My MSc thesis focused on the influence of indigenous materials on spatial and symbolic expressions in Christian worship centres.

[AsaGeorge @AdaOlisa_ME]

We really need churches to look like churches again. This event center thing is not it at all. Architecture affects worship.

@AbsoluteBruno Lamine did not learn how to steal awards from Messi.

“What I see is what I’m talking about” I keep saying that our leaders are a reflection of the average Nigerian.

[Omo Kogi (Yagba) 🌍 @harrysone9]

this video further exposes so much about the average Nigerian.

See person mama oo. 💔😭😂

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

This is Ado Road 😂😂😂

Football belongs to the fans! Thank you to all the fans around the world, the Ballon D’Or of All Time is also yours.

[Bayo @mazibayo]

Think of two sermons.

One tells you that your thought life shapes the outcomes of your life, so you should meditate on God’s Word.

The other tells you that Christian formation happens as you meditate on Scripture and learn to live according to what God has said.

At first, they may sound almost identical. Both tell you to read the Bible. Both tell you to meditate on it. Both may even use many of the same verses.

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

@Olufemi_Deji What happened to Kinshi & Kinye? You be Olodo 😂😂

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

@MuminAlao And for a project size of 1.5B you can’t afford to buy materials in smaller quantities.

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

N1.5b and you want to pay 13% as advance payment 😂😂😂😂
The client is not serious and the project will definitely exceed its timeline.

[ARÁKÙNRIN ÌYÈLỌLÁ 👷🏡 @IyelolaIge]

I just finished a meeting where they offered the contractor a 200 million upfront payment for a Rice mill company project worth over 1.5 billion.

After the meeting, the contractor said the first upfront payment is too low, so they either increase it or he's not going to accept the offer😳.

I just dey look the man with bombastic side eye better calm down chief 😂😂

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

@MuminAlao Yes, but POW doesn’t affect fund reimbursement. The issue with a 10% payment structure is that as a contractor you will likely spend more on materials because you’re buying them in smaller quantities as compared to buying them in larger quantities.

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

@MuminAlao For me 10% is too small as advance payment, most especially at the beginning of the project. 30% is still better taking in consideration the state of the economy.

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

@MuminAlao Okay ooo, except they present a proper payment plan and he agrees to it.

The police do not have the right to enforce regulations without the prior consent or authorisation from the agency responsible for regulating and controlling consumables.

It’s so sad that even a senior police officer doesn’t understand the limits of his own jurisdiction.

[SP Bright Edafe @Brightgoldenboy]

God bless the police officer. Yes i said so, i love his confidence and him clearly stating "I am a Police officer and i have the right to ask" we celebrate lawlessness and dont even have the confidence to ask the right and proper questions. Why sell consumables without NAFDAC certification. Its wrong by all standard and the Police can actually enforce it. Making content out if it is definitely not right.

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

To what end is this interview? This is a terrible and shameful behaviour, and it shouldn’t be encouraged by anyone. There’s something fundamentally wrong with us in this country as regards privacy.

[Metro Naija @metronaija]

Bad state of Toluwanisings' father's house.

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

This interview is nonsense! What’s the purpose of the interview?

[Metro Naija @metronaija]

Bad state of Toluwanisings' father's house.

[Tunbosun Simi @simi1pelumi]

I’m convinced that the owners of Man Utd don’t like the club.

[Fabrizio Romano @FabrizioRomano]

🚨 Manchester United have decided to continue with Michael Carrick as head coach.

Despite Bournemouth and Como defeats, #MUFC hierarchy decides to give Carrick more time to fix things. Player also informed.

Up next: Chelsea-Man United on Saturday. Carrick will be there.

[Ninu's Husband💕 @Nitemi_IV]

They started laughing. The Pastor did not laugh—it immediately signalled the solemnity of the topic to everyone. That's what a Pastor should do when faced with a congregation that doesn't seem aligned with proper biblical doctrine.

Get serious and let them see it on your face.
