@tj_subboy Plenty of other options like supplementing protein shakes, eggs or even vegan protein sources like soy, etc (as long as the combination of phytoproteins includes all EAA's) Clarence Kennedy is a great example of how you can be one of the strongest weightlifters as a vegan.
@tj_subboy Mostly rice and chicken thighs or ground beef. I'm not super fussed about my meals, and I honestly struggle to eat enough, so basically what you're seeing here is more the product of caloric deficit / neutral + high protein and training rather than specific dieting
@PigLazer@NotLizBrody Understand the limited value of being solely attractive while also realizing that 37 is still more than enough time to look your all time best if that's what you so desire. Or make more YouTube videos about current military events.
@Violet_Okami Being very lean (~sub 10%) gave me a skinny waist (28 inches) but also doing glute focused RDL, having a very dominant back and shoulders also helps with giving the "wasp waist" illusion. I know having big shoulders is seen as unfavorable when presenting fem but thts silly imo
@Violet_Okami Maybe it's just my feed but I think it's surprisingly common and that bodybuilding n transitioning arent as far away from each other as people think. I've been flirting with the idea of doing HRT for quite awhile (don't worry I've done quite a bit of research)
