One thing I realized is that everything always ends up working out. Sometimes even better than you can imagine. Remember this when you feel like you're in a hard place or you feel like you're being challenged the most. Believe in where you're headed. See the bigger picture.
Walking on Lagos road one early morning and an agbero at Yaba screams “iyawoo mi o fine gaaaaan”
I’m about to enter a bus but I look back and scream “oshey oko mi, iwo na hands gan” while blowing him a kiss.
We can all be mad🤭

Our mantra is…PURPOSE over PROFIT!
Burnout doesn’t sneak up on you; we often are just going going going so much that we ignore our body signaling for us to rest.
It’s so much harder to recover from burnout than it is to prevent it. Please do what you can to prevent it.
My council spent 6 figures and yet I’ve just represented a client who was forced to live with her son (who had asthma) in a home covered in black mould. She begged to be moved. and they decided there was no risk. Her son died from a respiratory attack in the living room.
For ever door I try to kick open for others to walk through, I think about all those who wedged open the door for me to walk through and I remain forever grateful for all of them and until the day I die, I’ll give them their flowers.❤️
