@SkyHelpTeam Hi, this is now day 4 of no broadband due to outage in my area SA4 since Saturday, I work at home, just no communication of what is happening, I thought I would get a sms when broadband is down but nothing… so my question is how long can I expect to be without broadband? thanks

@SkyHelpTeam experiencing sky broadband outage in Swansea since 12pm today, still not back on, you do acknowledge there is an outage in the area.

@SkyHelpTeam it’s now 48hrs, still no broadband and still no update. A simple text/email notification to say the problem is being worked on is all that is needed, I work from home so if not connected by tomorrow night stress levels will begin to rise…please please just an update 🙏🏻

@SkyHelpTeam Almost coming up to 24hrs without broadband, this must be a big outage/problem in the Swansea SA4 area … what is going on no communication other than the test service saying there’s an outage, please advise or provide an update thank you
