@SimMattically It’s my favourite of the whole franchise and what I grew up playing. Sadly I struggle going back to it now because of the lighting, graphics and the especially the building because ts4 is so much better for those aspects. But ts4 gameplay feels so flat compared.

@SimMattically When I finish a generation in my legacy I usually go & make a copy of every photo which was mainly so their house can have them stay and I can have a copy to take, but turns out that’s also saved loads for me so now I just make a copy instantly and put it in household inventory

@jackofallgames7 @Iron_Cgull Controversial but I actually loved TS3 prom more than I do TS4 HSY prom. Yes it was a rabbit hole but the pop ups actually made fun things happen out of our control such as a romantic interest relationship forming and actual items for attending/winning royalty.

@jackofallgames7 @J99Chad I agree. I think Werewolves did amazing as an occult focused GP and the world feels really fun to play in because it’s smaller and has more of that open feel with things to do that don’t require a travel loading screen

@lunar_britney Love Struck is literally the worst pack they’ve brought out. I have to have a mod to disable the system just so I can use some of the nice BB items. HY also sucked but I actually don’t HATE Eco Lifestyle or Horse Ranch. Don’t hate but also don’t love.

I find it interesting the amount of people who don’t care for cars because of the lack of open world / lots without roads when I genuinely would love even just a car kit because as a builder having them even as just objects and garage decor would be sooo useful!

Frequently mentioned #Sims4 requests you don't want to see come to the game? I'll go first: hotels. I can see a bed and breakfast, but full hotels with management feel like a red flag. TBH, idk how interesting they would be, either. Would love to hear yours!

Please can someone make a mod to generate the university and highschool photos! Highschool graduation still never works for me and I had @sims_model mod but for the university one but it got broken by the latest patch and they seem inactive now 😭

@jackofallgames7 I’ll admit, InZoi looks better than I thought it would, but it’s still such a different game to Sims. I can actually imagine enjoying both but Sims has that more whimsical humorous, and lighthearted feel so they’ll absolutely both appeal to different people.

LS would have been my ideal pack as a romantic/family player and it was such a let down. L&D is probably one of the best EPs ever, couldn’t believe how good it was and I’ve never been into occults or mythical gameplay before.

@jackofallgames7 I genuinely think a lot of people who want cars want them for building purposes (myself included) so would be happy with a car & garage kit. The cars don’t need animations imo, maybe just an animated garage door

@stxrsims Couldn’t agree more, like how is it an expansion pack? Would have been my dream pack too as I love the idea of a better attraction system but it fell so flat and the relationships fade way too fast that I want to uninstall it but I like the BB 😣 compared to L&D it’s nothing

Massively disappointed that you can’t seem to make crafted jewelry from Crystal Creations into heirlooms in the new Life and Death pack.

Seems like a big oversight, hope they fix it!

@CharlyPancakes TS3 was always my fave and when I first saw TS4 I didn’t think I’d like the graphics but now I wish I could have TS3 maxis matched and remastered with TS4 graphics 😂 I think the more stylised approach means it ages better and always looks crisp and clean

@vicsims_ There is a fix for this now that someone figured out! Basically the EA app puts TS3 in a different directory so you have to move CAW to the same place and then it works again (by default it’s in Programs x86 instead of just Programs)
